This notice explains how we handle personal information when you request the Church Information Pack, complete one of our Facebook or Instagram lead forms, or contact us about MAN OF GOD JOURNEY.

WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
Depending on how you contact us, we collect:
• Your full name and email address.
• The name of the church you represent.
• Your role at the church.
• Information you choose to include in your enquiry.
• The date and source of your enquiry, relevant correspondence and any consent you provide.
In our Meta lead form, the “Company name” field is used for the name of your church. This form does not request your telephone number.
We receive information directly from you or through Meta when you submit a Facebook or Instagram lead form.
WHY DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?
We use your information to send you the Church Information Pack, answer your questions and follow up on your enquiry about bringing MAN OF GOD JOURNEY to your church.
Submitting an enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to a general newsletter.
For lead-form requests and the related follow-up, we rely on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.
For ordinary correspondence and administration of church enquiries, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to requests and maintaining relevant business communications under Article 6(1)(f).
Church names and ministry roles may reveal religious affiliation. Where this is the case, we rely on your explicit consent under Article 9(2)(a).
Providing information is voluntary. The fields marked as required are needed to process that particular form. If you prefer not to provide church-related information through a form, you can contact us by email to request the information pack.
WHO CAN RECEIVE YOUR INFORMATION?
Information is available to authorised people who handle enquiries for House of Pillars ApS.
We use service providers for functions such as website hosting, email, data storage and administration. They may process information as necessary to provide those services, subject to appropriate contractual arrangements.
When you submit a Facebook or Instagram lead form, Meta also processes information under its own privacy policy. You can read it at:

We do not sell or rent your enquiry information. We may disclose information where necessary to meet a legal obligation or establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.
INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
Some service providers may process information outside the European Union or European Economic Area.
Where such a transfer occurs, we use an applicable transfer mechanism, such as a European Commission adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses with any necessary supplementary safeguards.

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP INFORMATION?
We normally delete or anonymise lead and enquiry information within 12 months of our last meaningful contact with you.
If the enquiry develops into an ongoing church relationship or purchase, relevant information may be retained for the duration of that relationship and any applicable legal recordkeeping period.
If you withdraw consent, we stop the processing covered by that consent. We may retain limited information where another lawful basis applies, for example to document a withdrawal or meet a legal obligation.
YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or a portable copy. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests.
You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@manofgodjourney.org. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. You can also ask us to stop following up on your enquiry.
We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
You may complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, Datatilsynet, at https://www.datatilsynet.dk, or to another competent supervisory authority.
